Weller 12YO Wheated Bourbon Whiskey (750ml)
Produced by Buffalo Trace Distillery, replacing rye with wheat makes for an extra smooth Bourbon. This is also aged considerably longer than most wheated styles. In fact, the boys at breakingbourbon.com reckon Weller 12 is as close as you can get to tasting Pappy Van Winkle - it comes from the same recipe as Van Winkle Lot B, which is also aged 12 years, (but it's not matured in the sweetest spots in the warehouses).
