Balvenie's unique whiskymaking ethos. Matured in a combination of first-fill Bourbon, refill Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks, this non-chill filtered "Peat Week" production uses heavily peated malt to add layers of depth and peaty complexity in an otherwise classic Speyside single malt.
