Sullivans Cove The Original Classic Single Malt Australian Whisky "First Release" (700ml)
These ultra-rare decanters were released between 1997-1999 and were the first commercial bottlings from the Tasmania Distillery (now better known as Sullivan's Cove).
Sub labelled as "Australia's Best to the World", the whisky itself would have been at least two years old, but no more than six. Mostly aged in 300 litre un-charred virgin American oak barrels, at least a portion was distilled at the original site at the old brick works on Sullivans Cove under the original ownership of the brand, well before fourth generation Tasmanian, Patrick Maguire arrived on the scene.
Note: Due to the age of this bottle, there is a possibility of leakage during transport.
All bottles listed for purchase are from personal collections. Please examine all images carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid. Minor markings are inevitable and collector's should have reasonable expectations in this regard.
