Starward Ginger Beer Cask #6 (500ml)
Born out of our experimental Projects Program, Ginger Beer Cask returns and it's ready to drink your way. For our sixth batched release our distillers took our Melbourne-made and juicy single malt whisky and finished it in casks that held our distillery brewed ginger beer. Loaded with ginger and citrus peel, it leads with fire and spice. Aromatically you're hit with dark chocolate and orange. The influence of both the Apera (fortified wine) and red wine barrel maturation shines through. We've been left with a truly unique expression of Ginger Beer Cask, unlike any that have gone before.
All bottles listed for purchase are from personal collections. Please examine all images carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid. Minor markings are inevitable and collector's should have reasonable expectations in this regard.
