Starward Stout Cask celebrates the magic ingredient behind the complex flavors in both whisky and imperial stout beer – the barrels! Our team took whisky aging in our signature red wine barrels and then matured it for a further 18 months in stout barrels that once held an Aussie-local coveted favorite from Melbourne brewery, Brick Lane.
Their series of award-winning stouts showcase bold flavors across three distinct barrel finishes, and our Stout Cask single malt soaked up every last detail of that rich, delicious flavor.
