Rockford Black Shiraz – August 2024 Disgorgement (750ml)
A Barossa sparkling Shiraz from Rockford, combining traditional red winemaking with bottle fermentation. As described on the rear label, the Shiraz was matured in seasoned oak, fermented again in bottle and rested on lees before disgorgement.
This bottle is labelled “Disgorgement from August 2024” and features Rockford’s distinctive black and gold presentation. An appealing addition for collectors and enthusiasts of Australian sparkling red wine.
