This Vintage Cellar exclusive Private Select Single Barrel was hand-selected from 10yo bourbons on the mid-floors of the world-famous distillery. The bourbon was individually bottled at 110 proof, and non-chill filtered to guarantee maximum flavour.Vintage Cellars was lucky enough to send one of our talented team members to meet with the legendary Jimmy & Eddie Russell themselves, and blind taste test 12 bourbon barrels. Through the blind taste test, they hand-selected the three best barrels, each with unique flavour profiles that would appeal to Australian palates. The final three barrels were selected based on their dominant yet beautifully sweet caramelised corn profile, perfect for the Bourbon Whiskey drinker. Each barrel was individually tasted before bottling, and created through a mix of corn, rye and barley that are all locally sourced within 150 km of the Kentucky distillery. The final offering showcases the pride and commitment the distillery has to bourbon making.
All bottles listed for purchase are from personal collections. Please examine all images carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid. Minor markings are inevitable and collector's should have reasonable expectations in this regard.
