Macallan 1824 Series - Ruby, Sienna, Gold & Amber (4 x 700ml)
Macallan released a new four-part range - The Macallan 1824 Series, which is discerned by the colour of the liquid rather than age.
The Macallan 1824 Series is separate to The Macallan 1824 Collection that is currently exclusively available in global travel retail. The Series may come to be known as ‘The Colour Range’ in time.
Ruby is the tip top bottle in the new 1824 Series from Macallan. Despite having no age statement, this whisky has been aged in first fill Spanish Oak and American Oak which has been seasoned with Sherry. It's this Sherry influence which gives the whisky it's lovely colour. Ruby, of course!
All bottles listed for purchase are from personal collections. Please examine all images carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid. Minor markings are inevitable and collector's should have reasonable expectations in this regard.
