Lark Rum Cask First Release - Signed by Bill Lark (500ml)
Larks have dabbled in Rum cask matured whiskies before. The results can work extremely well, especially complimenting a malt as rich as theirs. The distillery launched their own rum in 2008 which in later iterations was marketed as "Quiet Cannon Rum". It left the distillery with a treasure trove of rich, sweet and decadent empty rum casks. They selected the finest of these to finish an extremely limited quantity of Lark whisky. The 2019 release yielded 309 bottles.
