Released in 2021, Lark Distillery Oloroso Cask Release is a special limited edition. It is a blending of ex-peated Port and ex-Sherry single malts from the Coal Valley Distillery married and then aged in two hand-picked Australian Oloroso-style casks from Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley.
