Distilled in 2018 from unpeated malt and aged for three years in a combination of oak barrels, including first-fill re-charred ex-bourbon casks, this second edition showcases Kanosuke’s unique approach to maturation. Bottled at a cask strength of 57%, this whisky offers an intriguing balance of citrus, honey, and vanilla on the nose, evolving into a smooth yet complex palate. With its vibrant citrus flavours, complemented by hints of cinnamon, sweet fresh fruits, and a dark chocolate finish, this limited edition release of approximately 5,000 bottles provides a compelling introduction to the Kanosuke style—perfect for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
