This whisky is the result of a long-standing passion for innovation, crafted from peated malt distilled in 2018 and 2019. The whisky is aged in a blend of re-charred American white oak barrels previously used for Mellowed Kozaru Shochu and ex-Sherry casks, resulting in a rich and intense profile. Bottled at cask strength of 59% ABV, this release offers a fascinating interplay between light peaty notes and the depth of sherry-influenced sweetness.
