Johnnie Walker Master Blender Emma Walker and Japanese chef Kei Kobayashi set out to encapsulate the enigmatic taste of umami, with only one in 25,000 casks selected for this release. Crafted through a precision process respecting the grains, yeast, still shape and maturation time, it presents a balance of savoury-sweet character within an innovative flavour profile.
