The whisky is a Lark origin spirit and was matured in 2 x 200L bourbon casks. Owner and head distiller, Tim Duckett, was not satisfied with the whisky believing it needed more depth and character, so he married the 2 bourbon casks together and then finished all the whisky equally into 3 varying sherry casks.
