The fifth release in their Trials & Exceptions series, this is an exceptionally good apera cask (Sherry Cask) Rye Malt Whisky.
A happy accident saw the casks normally reserved for Single Malt, used for this Rye. The result is a Rye Whisky permeated with the flavours that entice notes of sultanas, dates, cacao and crème brulee.
All bottles listed for purchase are from personal collections. Please examine all images carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid. Minor markings are inevitable and collector's should have reasonable expectations in this regard.
