Very dark plum colour almost black, rich complex nose of vanillin oak and blackberry/dark fruits with a touch of spice, palate is rich, full flavoured with complex flavours of blackberry conserve, vanillin, Chinese five spice in a soft textured and layered structure with fine soft tannins on the finish.
