This time Bill Lark and Head Distiller Chris Thomson have delivered a true masterpiece. Lark Distillery Symphony No. 1 is as clean and crisp as a fresh Tasmanian apple and just as luscious. Peaches, apricots and mango supply the opening sonata and the music doesn't stop for hours to come.
All bottles listed for purchase are from personal collections. Please examine all images carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid. Minor markings are inevitable and collector's should have reasonable expectations in this regard.
