Released in a custom, obsidian matte-black wrapped 700ml bottle - this limited-edition sour mash whiskey is finished at 40% ABV and originally marketed exclusively in the UK. The nose and palate are classic Old No. 7 Sour Mash with layers of dried spice, cherries, and smoke over undertones of banana and honey. Aged in American oak and filtered through Jack Daniel's Lincoln County Process using carbon sugar maple, Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Brand 2011 Birthday Edition is a rare and hard-to-find offering befitting JD collectors everywhere.
