KAVALAN Solist Port Cask Gift Set is a whisky from the Taiwanese King Car Group, located at the cross boundary of Yi-Lan Mountain and the sea. With high temperatures and high humidity, they are dealing with a fast forward maturation. The Kavalan Solist Vinho Barrique was matured in American oak casks, first charred, then air-dried for two years, seasoned with European red and white wine casks, then re-charred, and eventually filled with spirit.
