Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost and Rare Port Ellen Blended Scotch Whisky (750ml)

Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost and Rare Port Ellen Blended Scotch Whisky (750ml)

Closing in 1981, Port Ellen has held its "Ghost" status for over 30 years, now. Yet Diageo don't seem to be running all that dry of it... Johnnie Walker believe they have done the extinct distilleries product justice with this Blue Label blend. The reviews seem to be backing up that idea too. 8 different single malts from every corner of Scotland have been used, including two more Ghost distilleries. First and foremost, Port Ellen, then grain whisky from Carsebridge and Caledonian and then malts from Dailuaine, Cragganmrore, Mortlach, Blair Athol and Oban. If you don't want to spend high 4 figures to experience this near forgotten dram, then here is your chance.
